Overview
MATelec Australia’s Fire Hose Reel Pump Controller is designed to provide control and status indication for a fire hose reel pump, compliant with the current Australian Standards (AS 2941-2013: Section 6). Housed in a red powder coated metal enclosure, the Controller features pump overload protection, auto/manual pump control and status indicator lights
Product Details
- Automatic control via pressure switch input.
- Manual operation of pump while the switch is held in the manual position.
Enclosures
- IP54 rated, powder-coated mild steel enclosure with removable gland plate.
Protection
- Mains power isolator switch (pad-lockable in the on position).
- Circuit breaker protected low voltage control and input circuitry.
- Contactor and thermal overload protection of the pump.
- Din rail-mounted terminal connections.
Control & Interface
- Auto/manual selector switch with spring return to auto.
- Indicator lights for power on, pump run, and overload fault.
Inputs
- Single phase (230Vac) or three phase (400Vac) power supply.
- Digital 24Vdc input for pressure switch.
Outputs
- Pump supply output.
