Overview

Designed to Australian Standard AS 2941-2013: Section 5, the Jockey Pump Controllers feature an easy-to-read LCD screen with keypad interface and viewable storage of logged data. Manual pump operation can also be performed for testing by holding the manual operation button.

Product Details

  • Automatic control via pressure switch input.
  • Manual pump operation whilst button remains depressed.
  • Volt free outputs for pump start and stop signals.

Enclosure

  • IP54 rated, powder-coated mild steel enclosure with removable gland plate.

Protection

  • Mains power isolator switch (padlockable in the on position).
  • Circuit breaker protected low voltage control and input circuitry.
  • Contactor and thermal overload protection of the pump.
  • Din rail-mounted terminal connections.

Control & Interface

  • HMI with backlit LCD screen and keypad.
  • System and pump status overview screen.
  • Auto, off/reset, and manual control buttons.
  • Logged data for start and fault counters, pump run hours.
  • Jacking pump controller PCB control module.
  • Config button for adjusting settings, resetting logged data.
